07 March 2026 official visit
When the District Commissioner visited Mbezi Beach A, the shoreline story moved from concern to coordinated public action.
The visit by Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Kinondoni, Mhe. Saad Mtambule, helped elevate the community's environmental case through direct observation, local leadership engagement, and on-site discussion of the pollution challenge affecting the shoreline.
